Description

The solder paste SP1200 has been developed for the high volume, lead-free SMD electronics manufacturing. This solder paste contains a highly active type L1 No-Clean flux; the activation is somewhat stronger than for SP2200. With a special formula for excellent wetting, it meets the requirements for wetting on the surfaces which can be found today in every series manufacturing process. Surfaces with poor solderability are also outstandingly wetted for a No-Clean solder paste system. The low amounts of residues after the reflow are light, transparent, electrically safe and do not have to be removed.

Description

The Kristall 600 flux system has been designed for manual soldering and rework. Due to its optimised properties, the flux system is also suitable for automated soldering processes. The modern activator system of the flux ensures, despite the fact that it is low activated, a good, fast and safe wetting. This solder wire can be used on all clean metallic surfaces with low oxidation levels, which are used in today’s electronic manufacturing. It leaves minor amounts of clear, transparent and electrical safe residues.

The Kristall 600 contains a halide-zero and colophony-free flux combination, which is based on synthetic resins. This results in a REL0 classification according to J-STD-004.

Stannol Kristall 600 provides fast soldering on copper and brass surfaces as well as on pre-tinned surfaces. The good thermal stability of Stannol Kristall 600 makes this flux perfect for usage with all lead-free alloys. The resin and flux systems are designed to leave relatively low residues and to minimise residual activity.

Description

The S321 soldering wire is a highly active soldering wire and a proven product for work in the metal, sheet metal and electrical industries. The S321 soldering wire contains urea as flux core and is also halogen-activated. Due to the high activity, the flux has good wetting characteristics on almost all metal surfaces (except aluminium).

Application

The S321 soldering wire can be used for manual and robot soldering and flame brazing. The low flux residues should be removed after the soldering process.
