Hisonic: The Early Years
Hisonic began with a mission of providing high quality magnetic and electrical components for industrial and military grade equipment back in 1959. Over the course of the first several decades, we expanded our capabilities, adding a wide variety of transformers, inductors and other magnetic components to our product line. We also invested heavily in research and development, hiring a team of dedicated engineers capable of building mission critical components that meet the specifications of our customers for size, weight, and configuration. Throughout our history we have met each and every challenge with a commitment to on-time delivery, earning numerous awards and recognition as one of the most trusted suppliers to the Aerospace, Defense and Industrial industries.

As our company has grown, Hisonic is proud to say that we have never shied away from taking on new and more complex design and production work. Our manufacturing facility is located in Olathe, KS. We have built our facility with innovation, quality and efficiency as our top priorities, maintaining high on-time delivery rates while also meeting and exceeding all of the following quality management and workmanship standards:

We know that there is no room for faulty parts when it comes to defense, aviation and communications. Our quality control team tests 100% of our products electrically for performance, or they don’t ship. That’s why we are still a top choice among some of the largest avionics, aerospace and defense manufacturers in the world including Boeing, Lockheed Martin and more. Our parts are currently playing an important role in notable programs such as AWACS, the F/A18 and several missile defense systems.
