During the current global crisis, J.S.T. (U.K.) Ltd. is focusing on two key priorities: protecting the safety and well-being of our employees and continuing to support the business needs of our customers.
We have implemented home working wherever possible throughout our teams and, with the IT tools that we have put in place, this allows us to continue with our normal support activities.
CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
Following the World Health Organisation’s recent classification of the Covid-19 outbreak as a pandemic, the global impact of this virus has become all too evident for us all. Major restrictions on travel and personal mobility are in place in many regions with some borders having been closed completely.
This creates unprecedented challenges for the provision of labour and materials to our production facilities and has the potential to compromise the logistics element of our support to our customers. As a result of these uncontrollable and continually changing difficulties, we expect to see significant disruption to our supply chain from now on.
