Augmenting core business of extremely high-end crystals, crystal filters and oscillators for complex Radio, RF/Microwave, GPS, Instrumentation and MIL-AERO applications, PDI also manufactures low-cost, commercial grade crystals and oscillators for competitive consumer applications.

PDI worldwide operations are headquartered in Middleton, Wisconsin. This facility serves as the primary manufacturing and distribution center of quartz crystals, crystal filters, and TCXO and VCXO crystal applications for customers across North and South America. Precision Devices UK Ltd is the European headquarters of the PDI Inc. group of companies. Personnel in this facility provide sales, design and distribution of crystals, filters and oscillators throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It also serves as a design and manufacturing center for most PDI product lines, however the facility concentrates primarily on Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillators (VCXO) and Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO). The PDI Nanjing (China) facility specializes in the manufacture of high volume, low cost crystals, high volume crystal oscillators, crystal filters, through hole devices and surface mount devices. PDI is ISO 9001, ISO 14000, QS 9000 and MIL-PRF 55310/21 certified, assuring high quality, focusing on custom designed products to meet the customer’s applications in the commercial and military markets.
