We design and manufacture a wide variety of snap rings and flat form products such as bow and leaf springs. We offer spring design and engineering services to help maximize the performance of your design. Additional services include NDT, mechanical testing, shot peening, plating and complete heat and lot traceability.

We stock the largest inventory of raw material in the industry and usually have the raw material for your product on our shelves. Our manufacturing includes coiling up to 1.625” Diameter and CNC machining capabilities that allows us to comfortably handle lot sizes from 1 to 100,000. We pride ourselves in quick lead times to meet your emergency requirements.

Our spring and Belleville products go into the most sensitive applications in the oil services industry including safety valves, compression valves, chemical processing valves, completion tools, artificial lift pumps, oil well packers, drilling tools and down-hole communications equipment.

Market leader in cold coiling of Nickel based alloys such as Inconel 600 and 750, MP35, Hastelloy and Elgiloy materials to meet the expanding temperature and pressure requirements of the oil services industry. Additionally, we are a recognized leader in the manufacture of spring products from Titanium- Beta-C.

Through its vast experience in the spring industry Engineered Spring has developed unique to coil, bend, machine and e-beam weld high nickel alloys of varying wall thicknesses. Products made from this technology allow high-pressure gas to be applied in down hole applications. We have developed further expertise in encapsulated coil winding to aid in fluid flow and electronic down-hole communication.

Engineered Spring Products® is a innovator in cold coiling technology and our in-house heat treating of nickel based alloys allow us to control mechanical properties.
